She has authorization from the lending credit institutions with which she maintains binding contracts to present and propose credit agreements to consumers.

Patrícia Martins’ activity does not involve granting credit but rather acting as an intermediary between her clients and her partner banks, in accordance with legal terms.

The credit intermediary is prohibited from receiving or delivering any amounts related to the formation, execution, or early fulfillment of credit agreements, as stipulated in Article 46 of the legal framework for credit intermediaries, approved by Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017, of July 7.
